I hope you all are doing well. I haven’t written or read in ages. I’m locked out! I got a new phone and can’t log into my WordPress on neither my laptop nor my new phone. When I moved over a year ago, I didn’t change my phone number on my WordPress account. I don’t have my backup codes… Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance! I hope to be back up and reading and writing soon. I’m on an old phone which thankfully is still logged in. I just have no idea where to look…

Good to hear from you. Can you use your old phone to change the infuriation or add the new number to your WordPress and other accounts?

🤔 You could try changing your WordPress password to a new one.
Afterwards, use the new WordPress password to log into your new smartphone and your laptop computer.

Thanks for the assistance. I was able to finally get in. I was able to use the app authentication codes to change my phone number.
